Shipping and Return Policy

At Marina Swimwear, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping to all of our customers. We deliver within 3-6 working days from the order date, and all orders are shipped using FEDEX, UPS, DHL Express.

Shipping Rates:

Worldwide shipping fee of 20-35 $.

Delivery Time:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to most countries within the EU. However, please note that some countries may have restrictions or additional customs charges that we are not responsible for. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us.

Failed Delivery:

If our carrier attempts to deliver your order and is unsuccessful, they will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick up. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order after several attempts, your order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

Return Policy:

At Marina Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We make the return process easy and free for our customers.

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Go to marinamodest.com and enter your order number and email address to initiate the return process.
2. Select the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason for the return. You can also request a refund or an exchange.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund.
4. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
5. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect the products and issue your refund within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
